How can people say that everyone is a leader?
This thing about everyone is a leader is overstated, overused and I'm jaded already.
If you know you've got it, you don't need no leadership training camp.
You don't need motivational talks.
You may feel down at times but it is just God's test of your skills.
You have innate skills already so use it.
But if you have doubts about your quality, obviously you don't have it.
Training can improve you slightly but you will never reach the levels of those who really have it.
So...
Leave the leading to the real leaders.
Prophet Muhammad, Gandhi, Martin Luther King.
